A little history…
In May 2005 Jeffery Hughes inspired by his removal background, thought that a same day delivery service in the core of the local community would be a winning idea. His concept would allow busy people to have items collected for them, so no more waiting in for delivery times, taking days off work waiting for that delivery. You can go to your local store choose your item and phone Taxi truck who will come straight away and take home your new washing machine, TV, bed, etc.
In a few months Mr. Hughes had decided it would be challenging and exciting to use his energy, hard work and the love of people. He quit his job and invested in a small van and that quickly grew into a small fleet. Today the business continues to grow at a rapid pace with contracts from many big name stores, Bensons for Beds, Dreams, Comet, Home Base and B&Q to mention but a few.
